The Mr. Shunney Martini

The Drink

Extra dirty, exceptionally cold, and finished with three olives. The first get-ready cocktail, or "dresser", I ever made for Sophia. Not necessarily the classic martini, but one of our favorites. I also included our favorite branded products - I always encourage you to adjust as you see fit.

The Recipe

2 parts vodka
1 part Filthy premium olive brine
3 sprays Dolin Dry Vermouth, atomized
3 olives

The Method

Chill the glass thoroughly and mist the interior with three sprays of Dolin Dry Vermouth.

Add the Grey Goose and Filthy olive brine to my favorite shaker, frequently used in my videos: the Elevated Craft Original Hybrid Cocktail Shaker filled with ice. Shake hard until exceptionally cold, then strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with three olives.

For Sam: classic olives.
For Sophia: blue cheese olives.

The Ratio

The glass may change. The ratio doesn't.

2 parts vodka to 1 part olive brine.

For a standard pour, start with 3 oz vodka and 1½ oz brine and scale up or down depending on the glass.
